As much as I like Winterkill, I can't stay any longer. I must move on. So this is my final farewell to everyone in Winterkill. I will hopefully still see and talk to some of you elsewhere.
Special thanks go to (in alphabetic order):
- Aiwinar -- Thanks for the Stargates man. And thanks for getting me acquainted with MUDding.
- Cendor -- For creating Winterkill and keeping it open for all these years.
- Hub -- It was fun racing with you, buddy. Winterkill isn't the same without you.
- Luuseri -- For patiently approving my first areas (that sucked)
- Oxa -- You're inspirational as a coder. Hope you'll get your current two projects finished, 'cos they will rock.
- Punishment -- MTBRPG. 'nuff said.
- Ravenclaw -- You taught me much, man.
- Rockman -- For preventing my wizhood from going to my head.
- Sandy -- The most eager tester... ever. And one of my rare best friends IRL.
- Suhis -- The second-most eager tester. And you introduced me to #vapis @ QuakeNET.
- Tof -- Our very own fantasy author candidate. You should write a book, seriously. You've always been the most active and most productive wizard in Winterkill, and that's a hard fact.
- Widiar -- Gonna miss our long conversations and your wise and straight-to-the-point advice.
- Wyre -- Ahhh.. A fellow gamer! Thanks for keeping company at night-time when there was hardly anyone else online.
...and to everyone else for making Winterkill what it is!
In the unlikely event that someone wants to contact me, I will be lurking in the IRC every now and then with the nick Karelian. My usual networks are IRCNet and QuakeNET, sometimes AfterNET.
Fare thee well and I wish a good and prospering future for the MUD.
