Ok, My new eq-party plan goes like this.
Each big mob that you will kill with the main party (now including me and dastar), will give you points the amount of the size of the mob. The mobs that have to be killed to get to the main eq mob are NOT counted as points AND those eqs are divided among the newbies. This is not negotiationble. It doesnt matter how many mobs you participate, because there will be an auction of the eqs and each person that has obtained points has the right attend to it. It doesnt matter what guild you are in,
because this should be fun, not work. The party will be made every time that there will be enough of participators... I have to remind that newbies are allowed in to the parties... There are no total exp limits what so ever... Should be simple enough...

The auction might be in a week or a month from beginning of the party...
who really gives a rats ass... Were here to have some fun right?
There's already one guy that has happily accepted this plan... Its simple and long term... So no-one has to make any 14h exp parties...
